How much is the shipping cost and where do you ship to?

We ship internationally. The amount will be calculated at checkout and you will be able to check the calculation before deciding to pay. However please see an approximate guide for shipping costs for one t-shirt as an example, the second amount after the + sign would be the estimated additional cost for a second t-shirt in the same order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

If you have not recieved your order and waited for the approx times above please get in contact with your order number at aloha@shore-nine.com and we will be happy to help. Please note Christmas and busy periods can take longer. 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at aloha@shore-nine.com.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on some orders shipped internationally. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

What happens if my order is lost or delayed?

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

Please check tracking on your order and wait for the estimated delivery times before getting in touch. Contact aloha@shore-nine.com with your order number if you need help.

If a shipping address is inaccurate or incomplete, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Lost items need to be reported within 30 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
