What is the returns policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at aloha@shore-nine.com
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong item/s or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at aloha@shore-nine.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately due to our print on demand business we cannot offer a refund if you have changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size or design by mistake. This is also the case if you provided an incorrect address or were unable to collect your delivery so please check your order details and view the measurements table to ensure you have the suitable size before ordering.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges due to the nature of our drop shipping business we only have items printed and dispatched when ordered and not stored. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at aloha@shore-nine.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
How much is the shipping cost and where do you ship to?
We ship internationally. The amount will be calculated at checkout and you will be able to check the calculation before deciding to pay. However please see an approximate guide for shipping costs for one t-shirt as an example, the second amount after the + sign would be the estimated additional cost for a second t-shirt in the same order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
If you have not recieved your order and waited for the approx times above please get in contact with your order number at aloha@shore-nine.com and we will be happy to help. Please note Christmas and busy periods can take longer.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at aloha@shore-nine.com.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
What happens if my order is lost or delayed?
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
Please check tracking on your order and wait for the estimated delivery times before getting in touch. Contact aloha@shore-nine.com with your order number if you need help.
If a shipping address is inaccurate or incomplete, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Lost items need to be reported within 30 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
How do I know what size to order?

What are you doing as a business to be eco friendly?
We try to use 100% organic cotton products for clothing where possible and use dropshipping for forfillment therefore products usually have less far to travel to a customer as there are many forfillment centres around the world. We also only have a product printed once ordered therefore we avoid having unused stock. Ideally the products will last a long time and get good usage, therefore we try to design thoughtful prints that we hope will be enjoyed and cherised by our customers rather than using trend led design.
What does the brand name 'Shore Nine' mean?
Shore Nine is a play on the expression 'cloud nine'. It refers to a state of happiness only experienced when connected to the water, cloud nine but on sea!
